In iOS 15.2 and iPadOS 15.2 versions, users are allowed to generate random emails from the Hide My Email feature to replace personal email addresses.
If you don't want to use it anymore and want to delete or manage randomly generated email addresses with the Hide My Email feature, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Settings->Tap your name at the top.
2. Choose iCloud > Choose "Hide My Email".
3. Click on the label associated with the random email address you want to delete or manage.
4. Click "Deactivate email address." So you have completely deleted the email address.
If you want to manage this email address, then choose Labels->Change Label (or select Note to add a note).
