
How to set up multiple signatures in Gmail

By default, Gmail allows its users to add only one signature to their messages. While this solution may seem to be sufficient, it's still not a desirable scenario in business communication or if you have multiple personalities. And editing your signature in every email can be annoying. The good news is now you can add and use different signatures for your emails in Gmail. You can a default signature or add different signatures and choose among them to add to each email you send.
How to set up multiple signatures in Gmail
1. Go to Gmail and log into your Gmail account.
2. Click the Gear icon at the top right corner and select Settings.
3. Click on the Advanced tab in the Settings view.
4. In the Templates section, click Enable.
5. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
6. Now click the Compose button at the top left corner to open a new message window.
7. Compose your signature.
8. Once your signature is ready, click the 3 vertical dots icon at the bottom right corner of the message window.
9. Select Templates > Save draft as template > Save as new template.
10. Now enter a name for your signature template and click Save.
11. Repeat this procedure to set up multiple signatures in Gmail.
Now each time you compose a new email message, you can select one of these templates to add as your signature.
To add one of these signatures to your email in Gmail:
1. Click Compose to open a new message window.
2. Click on the 3 vertical dots icon.
3. Select Templates.
4. Select among templates from the drop-down list.
If you want to remove a template from the list:
Simply click on Delete template and select a template that you want to delete from the list then click Delete to confirm your action.
