You can print a calendar view, an agenda, or a task in Outlook.com.
Step 1: Log into your Outlook account.
Step 2: Click the Calendar icon in the bottom-right corner.
Step 3: Choose the Day, Work week, Week, or Month view in the upper-right corner of the Outlook.com window.
Step 4: Click Print.
Step 5: A preview of your selected calendar will appear.
Depending on types of calendars, you might be able to change the layout, time span, or other options. Choose the options you want.
Select Print detailed agenda and calendar if you want details about items on your calendar.
Step 6: Click Print.
How to print an email in Outlook.com
You can print an individual message with Outlook. A printed email message contains the body of the message, together with a title and the header fields, such as the From, Sent, and Subject fields. There are some font and formatting options available for the title (generally your name or computer name at the top of the page) and header fields. You can print all pages of a particular message, or specify individual pages or sets to be printed.
Step 1: Open the message you want to print.
Step 2: Click and select Print from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: A preview of your message will appear. Click Print.
Step 4: Choose print options you want and click Print.
